Note: The MLQ Rater form is the rater/observer part of the MLQ 5X Short form and therefore measures rater perception of leadership behaviors. Researchers use this form in a variety of ways when the leader's input is not needed, or when the "ideal" leader is being measured.
For researchers who intend to administer the Rater form in paper & pencil form, you will need to purchase the MLQ 5X Short form (pdf format is recommended to save time and shipping charges).
